Group Therapy
Group therapy sessions use a variety of therapeutic techniques typically involving 7-12 individuals who are needing help with a similar problem. In open group sessions, new participants are welcome to join at any time. In a closed group, only a core group of individuals are invited to participate and there is a start and end date to the group.
